Job Duties, but not limited to: Architect and build the MLOps backbone of our AI products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest ML/AI research into real-world applications.
- Lead the data pipeline—from dataset selection and preprocessing to quality assurance and model training.
- Lead experimentation and statistical analysis to fine-tune models for optimal accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor and inspire junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Master's Level Degree and 3 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years; or PhD and 0 years or experience; or equivalent work experience.
