Requirements

• Highly effective in data management and analysis, skilled in customizing or optimizing reports to develop ongoing process improvements 2.
• Good communication and telephone skills to relate and resolve specific order issues. 3.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, self-motivated, be able to focus well under stress, as well as adapt well in changing environment.
• Ability to act in authoritative role in meetings or related discussions 4.
• SAP experience is required. 5.
• Previous background should include knowledge of order management, as well as demonstrated ability to deal with other company personnel on customer order-related issues. 6.
• Willingness to work cross-functionally with other members of Business Operations. 7.
• Basic knowledge of legal issues related to logistics. 8.
• Good command of English communication in writing and speaking. 9.
• Able to work under pressure, self-motivated, responsible, hardworking and independent. 10.
