- Key Responsibilities: Configure and support KLA software applications in semiconductor manufacturing in close collaboration with customer engineering, and KLA engineering and marketing teams.
- Respond to customer requests and provide outstanding support with effective communication.
- Troubleshoot problems and determine remedial actions required to resolve them.
- Communicate requirements on new product features, enhancements, and bug fixes clearly to engineering team, drive the product development processes, and strive to deliver high-qualify solutions to customer on time.
- Understand customer’s production workflow for KLA solutions to provide maximum value to customers.
- Identify gaps and challenges, and areas of further collaboration.
Requirements
