RAPID Technical Support Engineer

Requirements

• Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years’ related work experience Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years Experience with semiconductor equipment, optical systems, electro-mechanical systems, or other complex technical products.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and root cause analysis skills for complex hardware/software systems.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve technical issues independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare technical reports and present findings clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive issue resolution in a timely manner.
• Fluent or business-level English communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25-50%.
