R&D Motion Control Engineer

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. 3+ years of experience in control systems, automation, motion control, or complex electromechanical products.
• Experience with motors, drives, encoders, sensors, PLCs, and industrial communication networks.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive technical tasks independently and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Preferred Qualifications Experience with semiconductor capital equipment or precision automation systems.
• Knowledge of machine safety, motion-control tuning, and industrial automation architectures.
• Familiarity with EtherCAT, CAN, ProfiNet, Modbus, or similar protocols.
• Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, TwinCAT, Python, C#, or equivalent engineering tools.
