Purchasing Supervisor (Front End)

Requirements

• Education Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience 5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience. 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
• Knowledge & Skills Strong supplier negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
