- Develop, maintain, and execute production plans to ensure the timely and efficient flow of materials through the manufacturing process.
- Analyze production schedules to determine material requirements and ensure availability to support build plans and customer delivery commitments.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to coordinate material movement and resolve constraints.
- Monitor and manage material shortages, lead shortage review meetings with the Procurement team, and proactively identify critical part shortages that could impact production or shipment schedules.
- Ensure all material variances, non‑conformances, or deviations are reviewed, approved, and minimized to maintain schedule integrity.
- Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring accuracy and alignment with production processes to support efficient material flow.
- Evaluate manufacturing capacity and allocate resources appropriately to meet production commitments.
- Investigate and resolve cycle count discrepancies and inventory variances to maintain data accuracy.
- Participate in Manufacturing Readiness Reviews and Ship Schedule meetings to support planning alignment and execution readiness.
Requirements
