• Directly and indirectly leads a team of Relocation Engineers with the primary objective of enriching the customer’s experience through high quality and efficient on-time relocations to meet their production objectives.
• The KLA Service Organization is a highly valued, trusted partner for our customers through continuous improvement.
• Responsibilities include coordinating with our field teams on scheduling and site preparation.
• Scheduling and deploying Relocation engineers globally and coordinating assets across service.
• Managing the products from decommissioning to re-installation to assure timely requalification, and customer satisfaction.
• This position handles relocation escalations and involves collaborating with Field teams, Product Support, Spares Planning, and Manufacturing Operations.
• Assures operational quality of systems.
• Works directly with KLA regions to requalify performance and transfer tool responsibility.
• Knowledge and Skills Master Scheduling of resources and materials Cross functional team management Project and Program management Managing within a matrix organization Customer Focus Ability to manage ambiguity Analytical skills Ability to understand and tackle complex problems with creative solutions.
• Proficient with the MS Office suite of applications Semiconductor industry process knowledge required to take the KLA class for Introduction to semiconductor processes Good interpersonal/communication skills Ability to work under pressure and stringent timeline Minimum Qualifications Associate’s degree Experience servicing or manufacturing semiconductor capital equipment.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Includes 15% travel.
