Planning Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) 10+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or operations within a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment 5+ years of leadership experience managing planning teams in complex, matrixed organizations Strong expertise in assembly/test operations and manufacturing flow Deep understanding of MRP, MPS, S&OP / IBP processes, and long lead-time material management Proven experience driving process transformation, system optimization, and cross-functional alignment Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong analytical capabilities (Excel, data modeling) Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments, influence without authority, and drive strategic decision-making We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
