Payroll Manager

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Finance/Payroll, ideally within an international company Proven professional experience in leading and managing a payroll team University degree, preferably in Finance, Payroll, Tax, Auditing, or a related field Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage responsibilities effectively, with a high commitment to meeting deadlines Excellent people leadership and teamwork skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams Open, clear, and effective communication and presentation skills Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to optimize processes and workflows Ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel in a dynamic environment Fluent German and English, both written and spoken Proactive, flexible, and highly motivated working style Solid SAP knowledge and strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
