NPI Mechanical Engineer

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or New Product Introduction (NPI) environment.
• Proficiency in CAD design tools such as CREO or SolidWorks.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, including machining, sheet metal fabrication, additive manufacturing (3D printing), and surface coatings.
• Proven experience in prototype assembly, testing, and design validation.
• Hands-on experience with precision and high-accuracy mechanical assemblies and mechanisms.
• Experience with multidisciplinary systems involving mechanical, optical , vacuum systems .
• Semiconductor industry experience is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of vacuum systems is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management capabilities.
