Mgr, Service Sales

About This Role

• and Scope Accountable of major customers’ service contract renewals and associated KPIs.
• Accountable for maintaining healthy customer relationships Responsible of China region service KPIs and BSC, including external revenue, M/S, GM% and contract ASP Responsible of new service products introduction and penetration into China customers Owner of service portion under Product & Service collaborations Role of external communications with the customers, including but not limited to procurement personnels, fab users, customer management and finance if AR is required.
• Role of internal communications with service operation team, regional admin., account teams and supporting functional teams such as finance, GTC and revenue group.
• As one-team partner with service sales teammates to collaborate on overall goals, sales process development and optimization, knowledge sharing and financial objectives.
• Regular communications with KLA GSS HQ functional teams such as GSS marketing, SSO, Finance, SSO and revenue group.
• Qualification Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of >5 years in Semiconductor industry Prefer working experience with wafer front-end area, either from fab side or from vendor side Prefer working experience of the role of sales position.
