What You'll Do

  • Project Management & Execution Lead and deliver engineering projects for rack and PDU systems, including high-power rack solutions.
  • Drive schedules and deliverables, ensuring alignment with program milestones and strategic objectives.
  • Design & Systems-Level Thinking Apply comprehensive design principles to integrate mechanical, electrical, thermal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with multi-functional teams to develop robust, scalable solutions for HPC infrastructure.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Management Act as the primary liaison with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Clearly communicate project status, risks, trade-offs, and mitigation strategies to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Production & Sustaining Support Oversee the transition from design to production, ensuring quality and on-time product shipment.
  • Solve manufacturing and assembly issues, and resolve field escalations or complex customer requests as needed.
  • Technical Mentorship Mentor junior engineers and actively contribute to team growth and capability building .
