Manufacturing Design Engineer - Electrical

Requirements

• Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field with at least 5-6 years of experience, or Doctorate with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, integration, or sustaining engineering in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of electronic subsystems, power electronics, power distribution, wiring systems, and electromechanical assemblies.
• Experience with design reviews, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), design verification and validation (DVT), and qualification testing.
• Understanding of product lifecycle management from concept development through production release and sustaining.
• Experience working with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Knowledge of semiconductor equipment, industrial automation, or complex electromechanical systems is an advantage.
