Manager, Technical Writing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering. 10+ years of experience as a Technical Writer.
• Additionally, at least 3 years’ experience leading or managing projects and teams. 1 year of international experience, or experience working with U.S customers preferred.
• Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must be ready to travel when required.
• Strong documentation tool experience, using DITA XML authoring tools (such as Oxygen XML Editor) and experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Must be familiar with concepts of content reuse and must be able guide writers on reuse concepts.
