Manager, Software Test Automation

Requirements

• Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Software/SQE engineering across mixed‑technology environments (experience with C++, Java, and Web UI stacks).
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: • debugging skills • understanding of multithreading/concurrency • familiarity with large‑scale codebases • ability to work with cross‑platform builds and tools Hands‑on experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration. 3+ years managing QA/engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross‑site work (Israel–India).
• BSc in CS/EE (or equivalent).
• C++ experience is an advantage (AOI and AOS products use C++ in several core components).
• Experience with Java‑based services or Web UI frameworks (React/Angular/Vue or similar) is a plus.
