Manager, Algorithm Developmen(AI/ML)

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field 5+ years of experience in AI / Machine Learning / Deep Learning/ Algorithm development 2+ years of experience in technical leadership or team management Strong hands-on experience developing and delivering AI/ML solutions (required) Strong background in ML/Deep Learning (coding and system design) Strong software engineering skills (Python, C++ or similar) Experience building and deploying production-grade AI systems Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong communication and leadership abilities We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
