MACH Applications Development Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor process tools, metrology applications, or process development.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Overlay Stress-related process errors Scanner tools Lithography metrology Etch metrology Process development Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated team player with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of KLA metrology systems is an advantage.
• Programming or scripting experience is a plus.
