Korea Procurement Lead

Requirements

• Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline. 8+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing indirect spend categories (e.g., IT, facilities, services, travel).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and operating SAP system.
• Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization is preferred.
• Possession of a professional certification such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) is an advantage.
