Escalation Supply Chain Planner

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field 2+ years of relevant experience working in a global or cross‑regional environment Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office High proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple disciplines in parallel Proven ability to multitask and operate effectively under pressure Willingness to undertake intensive, hands‑on operational work Preferred Qualifications Experience in service supply chain / spare parts operations Familiarity with escalation management or urgent order handling Experience working with BI tools (Power BI or similar) We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
