Electronics Engineering Manager

Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
• Proven experience in: Electronic board design FPGA development Low and high-power electrical assemblies ASIC and SoC architecture and design Experience in developing advanced control systems.(e.g., motion control).
• Background in multi-disciplinary, system-level development.
• Strong awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team motivation, customer orientation, and organizational development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
