- Responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components across the product lifecycle — from concept and feasibility through prototyping, validation, and handoff to manufacturing.
- The role translates engineering requirements into detailed technical deliverables including schematics, wiring diagrams, PCB layouts, and Bills of Materials (BOM), while ensuring strict compliance with international safety and regulatory standards such as SEMI S2/S8, CE Marking Directives, EMC, and IPC standards for PCBA.
- The engineer works closely with cross-functional teams including Software, Mechanical, Optical, Systems Engineering and Manufacturing to deliver integrated and reliable solutions for semiconductor equipment.
Requirements
- Master’s/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related discipline Minimum 5 years’ of experience in electrical design Experience in a semiconductor industry is an advantage Proven experience in designing electrical systems, schematics, and interconnect solutions for complex equipment Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: AutoCAD Electrical SolidWorks Electrical Zuken tools Familiarity with electrical components, system-level design considerations, and integration with mechanical and system teams Ability to leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude to improve design efficiency, documentation, or problem-solving is preferred We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
