Division Ebeam Regional Development Engineer (박사신입, 경력 Only)

Requirements

• MS or above degrees in Physics, Material Science, EE, Nano-electronics etc.
• MS (+2Y ~ 9Y), Ph.D ( +1Y ~ 5Y) Understanding of fab processes is highly preferred.
• Experience in advanced packaging is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.
• Flexibility for international travel up to 25% a year.
