Requirements

• Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in HR, Psychology, Communication, Education, Organisational Development (or related subject) or hold equivalent level of experience OR Engineering or other technical degrees with relevant experience Proven experience in niche engineering, hiring, scale‑up environments, and leadership stakeholder management. 5-8 years relevant experience in Semiconductor, IT Software & Services, Medical Devices, or Product Engineering/R&D environments.
