• In dieser Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich für die termingerechte und kosteneffiziente Verfügbarkeit von Materialien, unterstützen das tägliche Einkaufsgeschäft und arbeiten eng mit Lieferanten sowie internen Stakeholdern zusammen.

• Hauptaufgaben: • Planung und Beschaffung von Maschinenkomponenten und Ersatzteilen in SAP • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und kostenoptimierten Materialverfügbarkeit • Koordination von Lieferterminen durch regelmäßige Online-Meetings mit Lieferanten • Lösung von Lieferengpässen in Zusammenarbeit mit strategischen Einkäufern • Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Bestandsoptimierung • Pflege von Material- und Stammdaten in SAP • Unterstützung nationaler und internationaler Projekte Job Description We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer to join our team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective availability of materials, supporting daily purchasing operations, and maintaining strong collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate brings solid experience in operational procurement, demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, and thrives in a dynamic, international environment.
• Main Responsibilities: Planning and procurement of machine components and spare parts in SAP Ensuring timely and cost-optimized material availability Coordinating delivery schedules through regular online meetings with suppliers Resolving supply shortages in collaboration with strategic buyers Contributing to the implementation of inventory optimization measures Maintaining material and master data in SAP Supporting national and international projects Minimum Qualifications Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Fachwirt Einkauf oder Industriefachwirt.
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im (operativen) Einkauf Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP und Microsoft Office 365, insbesondere Excel Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Detailgenauigkeit und präzise Arbeitsweise Interkulturelle Erfahrung von Vorteil Completed commercial training, ideally with further qualification as a purchasing specialist At least 2 years of professional experience in (operational) procurement Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken Solid user knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a precise working style Intercultural experience is an advantage We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
