Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience working with manufacturing suppliers and subcontractors.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems – advantage.
• Experience in big organizations, high-tech manufacturing environments – advantage.
