Associate Technical Lead, Software Developement

Requirements

• ⁠Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. ⁠5+ years of professional software development experience building and delivering production software systems.
• Strong proficiency in Java , with working knowledge of Python or similar programming languages.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design , design patterns, and software architecture principles.
• Experience developing backend applications using frameworks such as Spring Boot .
• Hands-on experience building REST APIs , microservices, and distributed applications.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and multithreaded programming .
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases and designing data-driven applications.
• Experience developing, deploying, and supporting containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes .
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience working on medium-to-large scale software projects with measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
