- As an Application Engineer within the AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) Application team, you will support Lumina and related product lines by developing and validating application capabilities, closing detection gaps, and supporting customer deployments across global accounts (e.g., Unimicron, AT&S, Toppan, Samsung).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related technical field Experience with optical inspection, semiconductor/PCB manufacturing, or imaging systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Hands-on experience with application testing, data analysis, and reporting Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams Willingness to support customer engagements, including occasional travel We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
