Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Five (5) years of experience in software development, automation, business applications, enterprise productivity platforms, solution consulting, or AI-enabled technology delivery.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Cowork, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Google Workspace, Google Gemini, or similar enterprise AI/productivity platforms.
- Ability to gather business requirements, document use cases, and translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
- Basic understanding of APIs, connectors, workflows, data sources, access controls, and enterprise application integrations.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently on assigned use cases while collaborating with architects, platform owners, security teams, and business stakeholders.
