Account Sales Manager (Inspection)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced technical education or business-related qualifications are a plus. 8+ years of semiconductor industry experience in applications, engineering, service, marketing, sales, or other customer-facing technical roles.
• Candidates with 5+ years of highly relevant experience and demonstrated leadership potential may also be considered.
• A strong technical background in semiconductor manufacturing, including metrology, inspection, process control, lithography, patterning, or related technologies, is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across functions through customer engagement, project leadership, or account management experience.
• Strong commercial acumen, business judgment, strategic thinking, and outcome ownership.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
