• Your role involves developing advanced technology solutions and AI-enhanced workflows to shape the next generation of core design processes.
• You will explore and integrate industry-leading CAD solutions into Intel's workflows, work on state-of-the-art silicon manufacturing to ensure tools can effectively model and manage it, collaborate with design teams to identify present and future obstacles using AI-driven insights, and partner with CAD vendors to define and enhance future AI-powered solutions and capabilities.

• What You’ll Do Participate in the development of cutting-edge design implementation solutions and workflows.
• Integrating AI and machine learning for layout optimization and automated design processes Develop verification flow to identify any modelling gaps and risk that might cause silicon escapees.
• Partners with the Semiconductor, IP and EDA eco-systems to develop and integrate latest chip development technologies, including AI/ML-powered design tools Collaborate with Intel design teams, product managers and software engineers to deliver cutting edge CPU design environment Be part of an agile team, working on challenging assignments that blend traditional EDA expertise with modern AI capabilities Inside this Business Group The Product Enablement Solutions Group (PESG) is a worldwide organization that delivers an end-to-end design system for development of IPs, Cores and SOCs.
• This business group partners with the Semiconductor, IP and EDA eco-systems and leverages an incomparable mix of experts with different backgrounds, cultures, perspectives, and experiences to deliver a world-class design system that powers Intel’s leadership products Qualifications: B.Sc. student in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with at least 4 semesters remaining.
• Knowledge of software development – advantage for experience with Python and TCL.
• Knowledge of hardware development – advantage for experience with industry design implementation and timing verification tools.
• Experience working in a Linux environment – an advantage.
