• Key Responsibilities - Develop and validate analog and RF integrated circuit testability features, ensuring alignment with design requirements and industry benchmarks. - Collaborate with design teams to implement design-for-test (DFT) features and optimize production test strategies. - Debug and refine complex software programs to support automated test equipment (ATE) and design validation flows. - Perform correlation studies between ATE and design validation, debugging functionality and performance issues to root cause. - Characterize circuits for power and thermal performance, ensuring compliance with datasheet specifications and internal standards. - Define and implement calibration and trimming techniques for power delivery and thermal sensing circuits, supporting performance optimization and binning processes. - Monitor production data to optimize yield and resolve post-release concerns, ensuring product quality and reliability.
