About This Role

  • Key Responsibilities: Applies technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.
  • Collaborates across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope.
  • Outlines proposals for assigned projects and/or programs including business objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
  • Develops a comprehensive schedule(s) while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges.
  • Reviews the project/program schedule with all relevant stakeholders to make updates as and when required.
  • Assesses sub-project dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops project/program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines.
  • Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project.
  • Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.
  • Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
  • Conducts project/program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements.

  • Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $52,000.00-$200,000.00 (Hourly Role) The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
