About This Role
- In this position, you will be joining the Global IT Supplier and Service Management (SSM) team.
- In this role, as part of a leading global team, you will develop Outsourcing solutions by partnering with internal Intel business groups, procurement, legal teams, project managers, account managers, and suppliers to analyze requirements and propose the sourcing option that best meets business needs.

- As an integral part of the outsourcing and supplier management team, you will develop the following : Project Management Plan work to ensure the completion of milestones in a timely manner.
- Identify project objectives and refine them into tasks to meet those objectives.
- Manage risks to achieve project objectives efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor progress against schedules and take remedial action as appropriate.
- Support Project Managers and Account Managers in the execution of supplier and service management activities.
- Assist in tracking project milestones, deliverables, risks, action items, and dependencies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and communications for stakeholders and leadership reviews.
- Coordinate meetings, document decisions, and follow up on open items.
- Support data collection and analysis to enable informed business decisions.
- Help maintain account documentation, supplier information, and operational metrics.
- Stakeholder and Supplier Management Interact with hiring leaders and stakeholders to develop creative sourcing solutions that meet the needs of the Intel manager/project manager, legal compliance requirements, and consultant pricing expectations.
- Develop Statements of Work (SOW) and support procurement during supplier selection activities.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Maintain high ethical standards when dealing with suppliers and sourcing solutions.
- Learn about local labor laws, sourcing practices, purchasing contracts, and Intel's legal guidelines to minimize Intel's risk.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and suppliers to support successful service delivery and business outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement, Automation, and Technical Analysis.
- Participate in internal initiatives seeking efficiencies through automation and process optimization to improve customer experience and accelerate outsourcing project execution.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate business processes.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Create low-code business applications using Power Apps.
- Design and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend innovative solutions that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and help drive adoption of modern technologies across the organization.
- Help supervise outsourced developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Learn about Content Management Systems and create content on platforms such as SharePoint Online and WordPress.
- Create test cases and support quality assurance activities (quality gatekeeper).
- Artificial Intelligence and Innovation Support the exploration and adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI solutions to enhance productivity and business outcomes.
- Research emerging technologies and industry trends related to AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve workflows, reporting, knowledge management, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in proof-of-concept activities and innovation initiatives that create value for the business.

Requirements
- are required to be initially considered for this position.
- Active student pursuing a Bachelor's, Licentiate, or Master's students (at least 50 percent completed) in: Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT Management, Data Science, Data Analytics, or Technology-or related fields. 6+months of experience in: Microsoft Office skills.
- Excel Macros Academic experience with project management.
- Power BI Power Apps Power Automate Willing to work at least 80% of the allowed time for this role.
- Advanced English level.
- Must have a permanent unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
- Preferred Qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates: Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), including SharePoint Online and WordPress.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge such as Python, SQL, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
- Interest in or exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and automation technologies.
- Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and digital productivity solutions.
- Experience in process improvement, analytics, automation, and technology-driven solutions.
