About This Role
- The Data Center Customer Engineering and Engineering (DCEE) team is the first line of technical support with Intel's Data Center customers.
- Our engineers accompany customers from their product definition, through their design and validation of Intel-based products, and until their products are available in the market.
- Our team delivers training, documents, tools, debug, and support in a variety of technical areas.
- We are looking for a Software Development Intern to help improve internal processes and support AI adoption initiatives.
- This role will focus on helping automate workflows for database maintenance and documentation generation, and supporting projects related to agentic AI tools and processes.
- In this role, your contributions will have a direct impact in improving our response and delivery times with Intel customers.
- Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Develop software solutions for automating repetitive tasks.
- Support internal AI and automation projects.
- Write and maintain clear documentation for processes and workflows.
- The ideal candidate should show the following behavioral traits: Effectively interpret complex technical concepts, translating them into broader understanding when needed.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen awareness of nuances and potential issues.
- Willing to collaborate professionally and confidently with senior executives, stakeholders, and customers.

Requirements
- are required to be initially considered for this position .
- Currently pursuing a BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems Engineering or related technical field (at least 1 year remaining as an active student). 6+ months of experience in: Python and Git.
- REST APIs, database management, and SQL Microsoft Power Automate and Github Copilot solutions.
- Advanced English level.
- Must have unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico (this role is not eligible for visa or immigration sponsorship).
- Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of relevant industry job experience, internship experience and/or schoolwork/classes/research.
- A candidate who accepts an offer of employment in Mexico is required to present their own personal identification information and numbers for the following: Mexican Security Number (NSS), Tax Identification Number (RFC) and CURP identification number.
