About This Role

- In this role, you will partner with lab and fab stakeholders to design, develop, enhance, and support customized solutions that improve operational efficiency, data visibility, and business outcomes.

- Design, develop, upgrade, and integrate standalone and web-based applications across multiple systems, tools, and enterprise data sources.
- Apply strong software engineering practices to deliver maintainable, reliable, and high-quality application features.
- Partner with software engineers, systems engineers, network engineers, database administrators, monitoring teams, and information security teams to deliver secure and production-ready capabilities.
- Engage with internal lab and fab customers to understand requirements, clarify technical details, and support solution delivery.
- Apply modern software engineering practices, including Agile delivery, code quality, automation, continuous improvement, testing, and effective release management.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot or similar technologies, to improve design quality, development efficiency, and engineering productivity.
- Work independently on assigned technical tasks with strong ownership, accountability, deliver on time and attention to quality.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with technical teams, customers, and business stakeholders through both written and verbal channels.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with manufacturing, lab, fab, engineering, or enterprise operations environments is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, API integration, data analytics, observability, or AI-assisted software development is a plus.
- Experience with database design, SQL, REST APIs, web application frameworks, and application integration.
- Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions and communicate clearly with stakeholders at different levels.
- Candidates with Program Manager or Business Analyst experience will have an added advantage.
