Software Application Development Engineer - Sales Incentives

• Position Overview: As a Software Application Development Engineer, you will play an integral role in developing innovative solutions that enhance user experiences and drive business success in the Sales Incentives domain.
• You will work alongside a dynamic and diverse team of engineers to design, deliver and maintain high-quality applications leveraging cutting-edge technologies to support Intel's Sales Compensation process.

• Key Responsibilities • Full-Stack Programming: A versatile full stack developer capable of wearing multiple hats - seamlessly performing as an Analyst, Developer, and QA - to drive end to end solution delivery for sales incentives processes, with ownership and accountability. • Platform Expertise: Work extensively with Salesforce, Varicent ICM, Varicent ELT (or an equivalent Sales Incentives tool) and Python-based solutions. • System Integration: Build and maintain complex integrations between Sales Compensation platforms and business systems. • Global Collaboration: Work closely with teams across different time zones with flexible working hours. • Technical Leadership: Serve as a key technical contributor and mentor within the Sales Incentives domain. • Agile Participation: Actively participate in agile development processes, working closely with Product Management and Development teams. • Quality: Own end-to-end quality, ensuring Definition of Done, acceptance criteria validation, and robust testing (unit, functional, regression) are consistently met. • Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging technologies and adapt to proprietary tools as business needs evolve.
