About This Role
- The Role and Impact In this role, you will support product development testing by operating advanced equipment and tools while ensuring adherence to test standards and procedures.
- You will coordinate test plans, sequences, and directed tests, while monitoring equipment performance to identify operational issues.

- Key Responsibilities - Operate advanced testing equipment, including Stand Alone Tester, OLB, and LSM, for product validation and characterization. - Coordinate execution of product development test plans, test sequences, and directed tests to ensure compliance with established standards. - Maintain and manage lab environments, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth operation. - Observe equipment during operation to identify malfunctions or operational issues and address them promptly. - Record and maintain accurate data logs during testing and prepare detailed reports of test results. - Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to test programs, materials, or product performance.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related engineering field. - Proficiency in basic computer systems such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email. - Experience in testing backend equipment, IC assembly processing, metallurgy tools, or operating testers is an added advantage.
- Preferred Qualifications - Self-driven with the ability to multi-task in complex environments. - Strong decision-making and judgment skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide updates on work progress and compile engineering data. - Proven ability to work well with co-workers and effectively manage stakeholders within a team environment.
