- Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute product development test plans, test sequences, and directed tests in adherence to established standards and procedures.
- Manage POs, Check book request as lab POC.
- Coordinate Asset Management correlate with lab SOR for full compliance.
- Operate and maintain lab environments, equipment, and tools for testing, validation, and characterization.
- Set up and calibrate test equipment to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
- Observe equipment during operation to identify malfunctions or operational issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Record test data accurately, analyze results, and prepare detailed reports highlighting findings and actionable insights.
- Conduct tests on components, products, or materials to ensure they meet safety and compatibility standards.
Requirements
- Diploma in any engineering or business management, or a closely related field with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in testing, validation or administrative task.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication platforms.
- Familiarity with equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of validation tools and lab administration processes.
- Preferred Qualifications Previous experience operating testing and backend equipment, IC assembly processing, or metallurgy tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to compile engineering data and provide updates on work progress.
- Self-driven with the ability to multitask effectively in complex environments.
- Proven decision-making and judgment skills.
- Leadership and teamwork abilities with experience managing stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
