• The Role and Impact As a Senior CPU Circuit Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing custom digital circuits for CPUs, including memory.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize power, performance, area, timing, and yield goals, while ensuring the functionality and reliability of CPU circuits.

• Key Responsibilities: Design custom digital circuits for CPU blocks, including memory, with a focus on optimizing power, performance, area, timing, and yield.
• Develop and verify circuit designs through schematic entry, simulation, and functional validation.
• Conduct comprehensive design verification using industry-standard methodologies, including timing analysis, noise analysis, and layout rule checks.
• Apply advanced CMOS technology and physical layout techniques to achieve robust and efficient designs.
• Enhance and automate design flows and methodologies for streamlined circuit design processes.
• Characterize memory instances and memory compilers, driving improvements in performance, power efficiency, and area reduction.
• Collaborate with CPU architecture and layout teams to ensure circuits meet functional and electrical capabilities.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure functional and technical alignment throughout the design process.
