- Key Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and execute complex supply chain planning schedules, forecasts, and capacity requirements to meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with RD, marketing, and manufacturing teams to support standard and custom solutions through effective material and supply chain strategies.
- Regularly apply advanced analytics, optimization models, and statistical techniques to identify patterns and relationships in data.
- Create initial product setups, bill of materials, and supply chain model designs.
- Establish and maintain databases to manage supply chain information, dashboards, and reports.
- Provide clear communication and recommendations to stakeholders during supply disruption events, prioritizing trade-offs to meet customer requirements.
- Lead initiatives to standardize data structures and reporting, aligning with supply chain business strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering) with 4+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain planning or related domains OR a Master's degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience OR a Ph.D. with no prior professional experience.
- Proficiency in SAP MDG and SAP S4 systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in data management, production planning systems, and supply chain analytics.
- Strong technical skills in business data analytics, including the ability to interpret complex datasets and develop actionable insights.
- Preferred Qualifications Proven problem-solving abilities, with a track record of successfully executing complex projects.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Leadership experience in promoting data management strategies and driving operational improvements.
