  • Key Responsibilities: Data Management and Governance Maintain master customer and product data governance for Business Unit Revenue Operations Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of revenue datasets across multiple systems Perform comprehensive data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution Document data definitions, assumptions, and processes for transparency and scalability Revenue and Business Analytics Develop and maintain sophisticated revenue reports, dashboards, and performance metrics Analyze trends, variances, and key drivers to support forecasting and executive business reviews Execute complex ad hoc analytical requests from business unit and regional stakeholders Support quarterly revenue targets and annual KPI achievement through actionable insights Business Partnership and Collaboration Own and optimize the Customer Watch (C-Watch) process for revenue risk management Translate business priorities into actionable analytical insights for leadership teams Collaborate with regional teams to align data standards and ensure reporting consistency Partner with cross-functional teams to drive revenue optimization initiatives Process Improvement and Innovation Identify and implement opportunities to enhance data workflows and reporting automation Support tool enhancements and reporting framework improvements across the organization Drive standardization efforts across regions and business functions Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize revenue operations processes As a Successful Candidate, You Possess: Analytical Excellence: Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Communication Mastery: Skills to distill complex information into clear, impactful insights Collaborative Leadership: Effectiveness in building consensus across diverse stakeholder groups Adaptability: Confidence in soliciting feedback and continuously improving recommendations Organizational Skills: Exceptional project management capabilities in fast-paced environments Growth Mindset: Continuous improvement focus with passion for process optimization Strategic Thinking: Skills to connect analytical insights to broader business objectives Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional partnership success Ready to make a significant impact at one of the world's most innovative technology companies?
