  • Find more information about our amazing benefits here: Intel Benefits Key Responsibilities MDCE/LTD Semiconductor Senior Process Integration Development Engineers are responsible for leading scientific research enabling the manufacture of innovative device architectures but not limited to: Led scientific research enabling the manufacture of innovative device architectures coupled with the realization of these architectures Designing, executing, and analyzing experiments necessary to meet engineering specifications for their process Participate in the development of intellectual property Integrate the many individual steps necessary for the manufacture of complex microprocessors Ramp to manufacturing volumes to demonstrate the technology meets requirements while simultaneously transferring the technology to counterparts in manufacturing via the Copy Exactly Methodology Qualifications: Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
  • Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
  • Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry-relevant job experience, internship experiences.
  • Minimum Qualifications The candidate must possess a Ph.D. degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Scientific STEM (Science Technology Engineering Math) field of study 4+ years of Semiconductor Industry experience in one or more of the following areas: Semiconductor processing, Semiconductor fabrication, or nanotechnology Preferred Qualifications Semiconductor processing or device fabrication and/or nanotechnology Electrical characterization of transistors or other semiconductor devices Experience leading projects and leading cross-functional teams Design of experiments Statistical Process Control (SPC) Computational Data Skills Job Type: Experienced Hire Shift: Shift 1 (United States of America) Primary Location: US, Oregon, Hillsboro Additional Locations: Business group: Intel Foundry strives to make every facet of semiconductor manufacturing state-of-the-art while delighting our customers -- from delivering cutting-edge silicon process and packaging technology leadership for the AI era, enabling our customers to design leadership products, global manufacturing scale and supply chain, through the continuous yield improvements to advanced packaging all the way to final test and assembly.

  • Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $155,520.00-219,550.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
