- As a Process Integration Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Intel's semiconductor process technologies within the Logic Technology Development (LTD) group.
- Your day-to-day involves designing, optimizing, and implementing integrated process solutions that drive Intel's next-generation technology.
- By leveraging your expertise in process integration, yield analysis, and data-driven problem solving, you will contribute directly to the seamless transition of emerging technologies from development to high-volume manufacturing, ensuring Intel remains at the forefront of semiconductor innovation.
- Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: LTD Semiconductor Senior Process Integration Development Engineers are responsible for leading scientific research enabling the manufacture of innovative device architectures but not limited to: Lead scientific research enabling the manufacture of innovative device architectures coupled with the realization of these architectures.
- Designing, executing, and analyzing experiments necessary to meet engineering specifications for their process.
- Participate in the development of intellectual property.
- Integrate the many individual steps necessary for the manufacture of complex microprocessors.
- Ramp to manufacturing volumes to demonstrate the technology meets requirements while simultaneously transferring the technology to counterparts in manufacturing via the Copy Exactly Qualifications: Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
- Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
- Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry-relevant job experience, internship experiences, and or schoolwork/classes/research.
Requirements
- The candidate must possess a Ph.D. degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Scientific STEM (Science Technology Engineering Math) field of study. 2+ years of Semiconductor Industry experience in one or more of the following areas: Semiconductor processing Semiconductor fabrication Nanotechnology. 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Design of Experiments (DOE) Statistical Process Control (SPC) Computational Data Skills Preferred Qualifications: • Semiconductor processing or device fabrication and/or nanotechnology • Electrical characterization of transistors or other semiconductor devices. • Experience leading projects and leading cross-functional teams.

- Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $155,520.00-219,550.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
