About This Role
- Defines process integration roadmaps to meet requirements, goals, and milestones for incoming technology transfer.
- Defines and establishes flow, procedures, and equipment configuration for a module.
- Extracts insights from structured and unstructured data by quickly synthesizing large volumes of data, applying statistics, machine learning, coding techniques, and/or programming languages.
- Owns sustaining and continuous improvement of quality and integrated defect and parametric measurements in a startup and highvolume manufacturing environment.
- Drives low yield analysis and yield improvement activities with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensures continuous improvement programs are in place to prevent quality, line yield, and sort yield excursions.
- Performs quality and reliability risk assessments for potentially discrepant manufacturing material as well as for process changes.

- PhD in materials science, chemistry, electrical engineering, solid state physics.
- Semiconductor manufacturing process knowledges-through course work, chemistry, Materials, and physics as well as semiconductor laboratory experimental hands on Experiences, and any internship at any US semiconductor manufacturing companies.

- Excellent demonstrated teamwork, inquisitive mind and curiosities to look beyond the current state of art tools and technologies, innovative and self-driven mind set.

- Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $120,860.00-170,630.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
