About This Role

- Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes, ensuring they meet desired device specifications and functional requirements.
- Perform feasibility studies to assess the manufacturability of innovative device architectures, utilizing theoretical simulations and practical engineering methods.
- Lead the design and optimization of manufacturing processes, including material selection, parameter tuning, and equipment metrology.
- Conduct pathfinding activities to support process and hardware development for future technologies.
- Collaborate with equipment and material suppliers to develop enabling elements of the technology and influence industry roadmaps.
- Optimize production output for existing products by recommending and implementing modifications to equipment and manufacturing techniques.
- Analyze and respond to process trends using Statistical Process Control and other data-driven methodologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and anticipate future process technology needs to help propel Intel's innovation goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant technical field like Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. 3+ years of experience with a BS degree, 2+ years with a Master's degree, or Fresh graduate with a PhD.
- Proficiency in Statistical Process Control and Design of Experiments (DOE) principles.
- Hands-on experience in process characterization, process improvement, and manufacturing process control.
- Proven ability to solve complex engineering problems and optimize manufacturing processes.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts effectively across teams.
- Experience in developing and managing relationships with suppliers and external partners.
- Familiarity with emerging industrial trends in manufacturing processes and materials.
