About This Role
- As a Module Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving Intel's high-volume manufacturing efforts by owning and optimizing cutting-edge manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Your work will directly enable the rapid miniaturization of devices, mass production of integrated circuits, and advancement of Intel's global manufacturing capabilities.

- Key Responsibilities: Own the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes to meet safety, quality, cost, productivity, and defect reduction goals.
- Conduct tests and measurements to control critical dimensions and defectivity, ensuring consistent production quality across process lines.
- Recommend and implement modifications to equipment and manufacturing techniques to optimize efficiency and product output.
- Grow in-situ manufacturing capacity to high volumes, demonstrate technological capabilities, and transfer knowledge to manufacturing sites globally.
- Lead equipment installation, conversion, and qualification activities during factory ramps, ensuring safety, timely completion, and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and optimize excursion prevention systems while identifying and addressing discrepant material or activities in equipment and processes.
- Collaborate with equipment suppliers to initiate and lead continuous improvement programs that enhance equipment reliability and performance.
- Participate in cross-site technology transfers through training and audits, ensuring matched processing across global locations.
- Own process development for high-volume manufacturing nodes, contributing to Intel's innovation and production excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or Fresh graduate with a Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in statistical process control techniques, equipment monitoring, and analog/mixed signal testing.
- Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) principles and disciplined execution in manufacturing environments.
- Experience with semiconductor equipment and process control methodologies.
