- Key Responsibilities - Follow SOP and factory operation policy to perform related job. - Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions efficiently. - Dismantle, repair, adjust, and assemble manufacturing equipment following blueprints, repair manuals, and technical diagrams. - Execute equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal operational efficiency. - Collaborate with suppliers for service and repairs as required to maintain equipment performance. - Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, resolve tool and module-related issues, and implement solutions to enhance reliability. - Document system performance, generate reports on equipment failures, and update or create specifications to drive continuous improvements. - Partner with Module Engineering teams to conduct experiments, implement equipment configuration changes, and perform controlled data collection. - Assist with the installation, setup, and conversion of manufacturing tools during factory ramp-ups, ensuring adherence to design and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Technical diploma in mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems. equivalent. - Proficiency in operating production equipment or automated systems. - Basic computer skills for documentation and data collection purposes. - Familiarity with quality control processes and standards. - Basic reading and written English ability.
