• The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to: Assist with IT system configuration and maintenance activities to ensure optimal functionality.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, collaborating across teams to resolve challenges efficiently.
• Support enterprise application operations, including monitoring, maintenance, and process improvements.
• Participate in data center operations and contribute to maintaining Intel's IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud, network, and database solutions.
• Document technical processes and contribute to creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Explore and apply industry-standard methodologies such as Agile and DevOps in project execution.
