- Key Responsibilities - Conduct qualitative risk assessments and personal protective equipment evaluations for workplace environments. - Evaluate chemical exposure implications and approve their usage based on toxicology data. - Monitor workplace environments to identify and mitigate health risks. - Ensure compliance with local industrial hygiene regulations and Intel's internal standards. - Support site program self-assessments, follow-up plans, and respond to incident investigations. - Participate in project reviews, pre-startup safety reviews, and hazard evaluations. - Conduct surveys of working conditions to assess hazardous exposures and control measure effectiveness. - Develop industrial hygiene policies, programs, and procedural documentation in alignment with global and regional standards. - Investigate employee reports of unsafe conditions and provide actionable recommendations. - Perform inspections of existing facilities and new constructions to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or a related field. - 3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial hygiene with demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, exposure evaluation, and regulatory compliance. - Proficiency in analytical reporting, workplace safety planning, and risk management tools.
- Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree in occupational health, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or a related field. - Experience in coaching and mentoring others on safety protocols and industrial hygiene practices.

- Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $86,300.00-143,860.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
